Wang Zhiping

Wang Zhiping is the Managing Director and Founding Partner of Shanxi Allan Law Firm, Vice President of the Shanxi Lawyers Association, Vice President of the Taiyuan Lawyers Association, and a member of the Standing Committee of the Taiyuan People's Congress. She has been recognized as an National Outstanding Lawyer, an Outstanding Lawyer in Shanxi Province, and one of China International Legal Professionals. She has been appointed as an arbitrator of the Taiyuan Arbitration Commission and the Guangzhou Arbitration Commission. Additionally, she serves as an external supervisor for juris master of Shanghai University of Political Science & Law, a chief legal consultant of the Foreign-related Legal Research Center in Taiyuan University of Technology, and a part-time researcher of the Foreign-related Legal Research Center in Shanxi University.

Mrs. Wang concentrated on foreign-related legal services during the 30 years of legal practice experience, specializing in comprehensive legal services to domestic and international clients in the areas of cross-border investment, financing, and commercial transactions. Leveraging her extensive experience in foreign-related legal services, Mrs. Wang, as the Vice President of the Lawyers Association, which is responsible for overseeing foreign-related legal services, contributed a lot to institution-building, implementation, education and training and maintained amicable communication with Judicial, Commercial, and Trade & Investment Promotion Authorities. She is recognized as a pioneer and a leader in promoting the development of foreign-related legal services in the legal community.
