张丽霞律师自1985年开始从事律师工作，1995年开始担任仲裁员。

张丽霞律师在争议解决领域作为律师和仲裁员处理过逾千件重大商事仲裁纠纷，其中有亿元以上疑难案件上百起。主要业务领域集中在涉及股权类，信托证券类、投资基金类，房地产与建筑工程类的国际、国内的商事仲裁和诉讼争议解决。

张丽霞律师自1995年起受聘为国内外多家著名仲裁机构（中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会、北京仲裁委员会、香港国际仲裁中心、上海国际仲裁中心、深圳国际仲裁院、上海仲裁委员会、广州仲裁委员会、中国体育仲裁委员会等）的仲裁员，作为仲裁员处理过千余件重大复杂的仲裁案件，尤其擅长处理金融、信托、保险、股权投资、房地产、建筑工程等领域的案件。

张丽霞律师受聘担任对外经贸大学、中国政法大学等多所高校的兼职教授，并在北京大学、对外经贸大学、中国政法大学担任研究生校外导师。

Achievements and Honors

Zhang Lixia has been practicing law since 1985 and serving as an arbitrator since 1995.

She has handled over a thousand major commercial arbitration disputes as a lawyer and arbitrator, including hundreds of complex cases involving amount in dispute exceeding billions of RMB. Her main practice areas include domestic and international commercial arbitration and litigation related to equity, trusts, securities, investment funds, real estate, and construction projects.

Since 1995, Zhang Lixia has been appointed as an arbitrator by numerous prestigious arbitration institutions both domestically and internationally, including the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, the Beijing Arbitration Commission, the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre, the Shanghai International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration, the Shanghai Arbitration Commission, the Guangzhou Arbitration Commission, and the China Commission of Arbitration for Sport. She has handled thousands of major and complex arbitration cases as an arbitrator, especially excelling in financial, trust, insurance, equity investment, real estate, and construction projects.

Zhang Lixia has also served as a Part-time Professor at several universities, including the University of International Business and Economics, and China University of Political Science and Law, and as an External Advisor for graduate students at Peking University, the University of International Business and Economics, and China University of Political Science and Law.

She has been consecutively recognized as a "Eminent Practitioner" in Chambers' Dispute Resolution: Arbitration, one of the "Most in Demand Arbitrators (Mainland China seated Arbitrations)" and recommended by The Legal 500 in Dispute Resolution: Arbitration. She is also a recipient of the National Outstanding Lawyer award and among the first batch of Foreign-related Lawyer Talents by the Ministry of Justice.
