Mr. Huang Gongcun 

Huang Gongcun, originally from Shandong, currently serves as the founder and director of Shandong Gongcun Law Firm. 

Huang Gongcun, male, born in September 1962, is from Qingdao, Shandong Province and a member of the Communist Party of China. 3. He graduated from the former Shandong Provincial Political and Legal Management Cadre College with the legal major (from junior college to undergraduate) from September 1998 to July 2001. 

4. He studied in the postgraduate program of International Law (Maritime Law) at Dalian Maritime University from 2000 to 2003. 

5. He studied in the on-the-job doctoral program in the School of International Law at China University of Political Science and Law from 2013 to 2016. 

6. As one of the 20 outstanding lawyers selected by the "Hundred Talents Plan" in Shandong Province, he went to the University of Melbourne in Australia to participate in the "Training Project for Top 100 High-end Legal Talents in Shandong Province to Cope with International Trade Frictions" from September to December 2014. He obtained the training certificate and was hired as the member of the "Shandong Provincial Lawyer Service Team to Address International Trade Frictions". 

7. He was selected by the Shandong Provincial Department of Justice as the outstanding lawyer to study in the United States from August 2015 to August 2016, and went to School of Business at Missouri State University to pursue the EMBA master's degree program.
