Lin Lepiao, lawyer and director of Fujian Jiuxin Law Firm 

Being a police officer for over ten years, he has handled many criminal and administrative cases, and received a series of national multi-professional and multi-level education courses in prison administration, criminal investigation, public security management, legislation etc., integrating law enforcement practice and political-legal theories organically 

After passing the National Judicial Examination, he has worked as a full-time lawyer for many years, kept learning, and worked on lawyering business related to real estate development, construction work, companies, finance, labour arbitration and senior lawyers and other fields, pursuing advanced studies of lawyering skills and marketing.

On July 16, 2019, he led Fujian Jiuxin Law Firm to the approval for consultancy services for Dutch Caribbean Securities Exchange (DCSX) listings. As a Chinese legal counsel with a Chinese law firm providing services for overseas securities stock exchange listings, he has gained the approval on DSCX and obtained qualifications of the overseas sponsor institution to assist domestic companies with being listed overseas. He has excelled in lawyering skills and attached importance to both internal and external cultivation.
