自2003年正式执业以来,曾在外资企业任职法务总监达 7 年以上，后续在德恒(广州) 律师事务所执业，负责分所知识产权事务，曾为广东敦和律师事务所创始合伙人、管理合伙人。现在广东敦和（上海）律师事务所负责人。

Catherine Law
Catherine (Yafei) Law is the director partner of Guangdong Harvesting(Shanghai)Law Firm, founding partner of Harvesting Law Firm and an Intellectual Property Lawyer specializes in foreign-related matters.
Catherine completed her double bachelor’s degrees in Economic Law and Finance at Zhongnan University of Economics and Law. She continued her pursuit in the field of Law at Sun Yat-sen University, where she obtained a Master degree in Civil and Commercial Law. In 2019, she also took part in the 7th Training Program for Leading Foreign-related lawyers run by the General Office of The Ministry of Justice.
After qualified in 2003, Catherine once worked in an Multi-national Company as the general legal counsel for more than 7 years, then she worked as the Head of Department of Intellectual Property Rights in DeHeng (Guangzhou) Law Office. In 2015, she founded the Harvesting law firm and worked as the Managing Partner.
Catherine is experienced in providing legal services across borders to clients from the US, Europe and Japan, and has a close cooperative relationship with multiple overseas investigation agencies and lawyers. She also possesses knowledge of laws and regulations in Hong Kong and Taiwan. Catherine provides services to many international brands, including Adidas, PUMA, Apple, Eaton, CASIO, SEIKO, LVMH, Kering, Budweiser, Bosch, etc. She has provide legal services for domestic companies such as Huawei, Mornsun, and BYD Auto.
Catherine has a rich experience in IPR protection practice serving the industry of apparel and footwear, luxury, detergents and cosmetics, industrial products, trades, culture communication, and toys. Particularly, she has a unique advantage in launching investigations and providing comprehensive solutions to protect the client company’s IPR through administrative, criminal, and judicial means. Aside from the matters above, her strength also reflects in difficult IPR matters involving infringement on trade secrets, infringements on foreign and domestic E-commerce platforms and other emerging media, information security, anti-unfair competition, etc.
