高律师于2008年通过中国司法资格考试，开始从事专职律师工作。执业以来，她成功代理了若干国有企业、私营企业及上市公司的境内及跨境重大收购与兼并，资本市场及商事仲裁项目，以及若干外国企业到中国的投资与并购（FDI）项目，行业涉及食品饮料、房地产、市政公共设施、国际贸易、矿产能源、制造业等；并曾担任若干国有企业、私营企业及外资企业的常年法律顾问。高律师于2014年加入大成，在此之前，高律师执业于金杜律师事务所，并曾在一家荷兰外商独资企业担任法务总监。

Educational Background:

Ms. Gao graduated from Shandong University and obtained LLB degree, and further studied in the Law School of Durham University in UK, majored in International Commercial and Business Law, and obtained LLM degree. From 2014 to 2015, Ms. Gao was selected and sent by Shandong Provincial Department of Justice and Shandong Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security to study in the Business School of Missouri State University and obtained MBA degree.

Experience of Practice:

Ms. Gao passed the bar exam in 2008 and then practiced as a lawyer. During years of practice, she participated numbers of projects of domestic and cross-border merger and acquisition, capital market, commercial arbitration, and foreign direct investment representing state-owned enterprises, private enterprises, listed companies, and foreign companies, industries areas including food and beverage, real estate, municipal public facilities, international trade, mineral and energy, manufacturing etc.; Ms. Gao has served as permanent legal consultant for  state-owned enterprises, private enterprises and foreign-invested enterprises. Mr. Gao joined Dentons in 2014. Prior to that, Mr. Gao practiced at King & Wood Mallesons and served as the Legal Director of a Dutch wholly foreign-owned enterprise.
