代表君正应对0318美国制裁，并成功协助客户使得客户顺利被移出制裁名单。这让本案成为了中国民营企业合理利用法律规则，维护自身权利的首例案件。0318制裁应对这一案例，也是近年来中国企业通过对美申诉，在未支付任何和解罚款、未附带任何后续条件的前提下，获得美国经济制裁措施的全面解除的极少样本之一。
代表中国人民财产保险股份有限公司航保中心承办其与泰州三福船舶工程有限公司船舶建造保险合同纠纷案件，经过最高人民法院再审结案。此案为我国船舶建造保险第一案，被最高院评选为2017年度十大海事审判典型案例之一，同时入选“2018年《商法》CBLJ杰出交易”。
“海运漓江”轮案是涉及镍矿货物运输安全问题的第一案，本所代理该轮所有人，在原告方国内收货人向被告该轮所有人索赔损失案件中，经过一审、二审和最高人民法院再审，最终抗辩成功，原告的全部诉请被驳回。
代表中国极地研究中心就“雪龙”号的救助提供法律意见，成功完成对“雪龙”号受困南极冰区的救助，避免了巨额的救助费用。

Advised Junzheng Group to cope with the sanctions imposed by the US and successfully assisted the client to be removed from the sanctions list. This is one of the very few samples in recent years in which a Chinese company has obtained a full lifting of U.S. economic sanctions without paying any settlement fine and without any follow-up conditions attached to its complaints against the U.S, and also the first successful precedent for Chinese private enterprises in dealing with similar cases.
Sanfu Ship Engineering v. PICC Shipping Insurance Operation Center. Acted for the insurer under ship construction insurance contract. Successfully convinced the Supreme Court to revoke both the first and the second instance judgments and mitigated loss of more than 10 million. This case was listed as one of the top 10 representative judgments by the Supreme Court and was one of China Business Law Journal’s Deals of the Year for 2018.
“Maritime Lijiang” - cargo loss claim. Acted for the owners of “Maritime Lijiang” to successfully defend the claim for cargo loss against domestic consignee through the first instance, the second instance and the retrial by the Supreme People's Court. This was the first case involving the safety of the transportation of nickel ore cargoes.
Advised the Polar Research Institute of China in the rescue of the icebreaker “XUE LONG” trapped in thick ice floes after her successfully evacuating 52 passengers onboard stranded Russian vessel “AKADEMIK SHOKALSKIY”, saving a huge amount of salvage costs.
